Estimated timeframe for the delivery is confirmed at the time of the checkout on every purchase. Items might arrive in different packaging which is due to the fact that they are being shipped from different warehouses.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges depend and vary from warehouse to warehouse. We ship to all the destinations throughout the U.S., though shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incur additional charges.


To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its new or unused condition. If the item is broken or damaged the refund will not be processed.

Sale Items:

Only fixed-priced items may qualify for a refund. But sale items do not meet the criteria and cannot be refunded.
